Default Quick Knock Sensor Question!

Okay so over the past week we've had A LOT of rain where I live and my road often gets 2-4" deep with water that I don't have a choice but to drive through, so yesterday I drove to work through it, no big deal, on the way home though my car threw the SES light and it came back with code P0332 for the Knock Sensor (Bank #2). I know the code can be thrown by more water than desired getting in there so I just kind of accepted it and said "Dammit, alright.." and went ahead and ordered new replacements for both sensors and a new harness. Well, tonight after my car sat all day I went to dinner and my SES light was on halfway there and then shut itself off. The weather has dried up here today and the car doesn't show any signs of having a bad sensor(s), is it possibly the moisture just threw a code and it dried up? Should I go ahead a replace the sensors I ordered, anyway?
