Passenger side headlight wont go up or down

Passenger side headlight wont go up or down I recently went to turn on my headlights and my passenger side makes no noise, and doesnt go up. The light comes on, but does not flip up. It'll go up and stay if i manually turn it. I just replaced the headlight motor and still the same thing. I have no idea what to do next. HELP!! 1999 Trans am ws6

look at the two bumpers and see if the arm that raises the headlight went passed and now stuck on the wrong side! its happened to me several time, with the same problem

btw its an easy fix pull off the bumpers and loosen the bolt that hols the motor on and swing the arm back to where its supposed to be. then tighten the bolt that hold the motor and put the rubber ends back on. Kind of hard to explain get someone to keep onpeniong and closing your headlights watch the one that works then watch the one that isn't working and you'll see the problem.. if your having the same problem I did anyway.
