Are there any TURBO chargers i can get to fit my 87' Firebird 2.8 v6? If so, What will work.? thanks..

um i wouldnt waste the time on that old 2.8 but the late 80" early 90's gran prix gtp had a turbo 3.1 v6 which is basicly the same as a motor other that ci but the engine is layed out fwd which has a diffrent intake manifold than your 2.8 i believe the bottom ends are you could prolly get a that setup a do a lil fab work or you could try swaping in a ls1/2/6/7 turbo 3.8 out of the old tta gn's maybe eben the 4.3 out of a syclone those are some diffrent ideas for ya i dont know of any turbo setup that will just bolt up to your motor maybe someone eles may have some more info for you good luck with that man

one could be made relatively easy, but i don't know what you would do about tuning. I think I remember seeing a guy who turboed a 3.1 once.
