Default 94 headlight motor (not flipping the gear)

When I got my 94 in January both headlights would flip up and down fine. Now that I finally got the car together and drive it the passenger headlight wouldn't flip up, I turned it by hand and it cranked up fine and it also isn't making the noise that a stripped gear makes, its not making any noise at all. Its getting power so I assume the motor has just dies. Is there a fix for this or is the fix to replace it? Think maybe if I strip the wires and apply power on and off really fast it would help like when solenoids or windshield wiper motors freeze and you do that and they start working?

electrics are funny... they are ok until you let the smoke out
once you let the smoke out they usually are broke.
Putting power to wires that you dont know the function of
may let smoke out of something besides just the motor.
Both motors are wired in parallel, meaning you may ruin the other.
Find the factory wiring diagram. If you cant Ive got a new factory
service manual from GM for it.Never been out of the factory shrink wrap.
If you need any other parts Ive bought a 94 that would make a good parts car.

Okay I'm looking at the diagram, how does it work though? Cause I was testing wires today and one wire was hot at all times and the other wire was hot at all times but when you turned from parking lights to head lights it would drop down to zero. PM me if your 94's passenger light motor works.

Im currently doing an HID conversion and using the 94 system as a guinea pig.
Ive got the whole system out of car so testing is impossible.
Do you get the same readings on both assemblies?
I think that Fiero motors are same.
