Default Looking for a STICKY

I read somewhere that there is a sticky regarding how to adjust TA headlights when they are in the OFF position. I believe you can do so by locating the rubber boot above the headlight that is connected to the motor....however, I'm not sure what to do with it? Can someone help me out or direct me to the sticky?

Thanks

theres a rubber cap next to each headlight, pull it off and then turn the ***** and your headlight will raise/lower depending on which way you move it. hope this is what you were looking for...

Mine will stay up if I turn the headlights on, then only have the parking lights on.
