I just purchased the car and will be putting a set of tires on it later this week along with getting the car aligned. I plan to do whatever suspension upgrades I can that will allow for an improvement in both a straight line and in corners. What are the upgrades that are within my requirements that need an alignment after installed?

Call one of the sponsors for advice on hard parts, I'm not sure what the 'hot ticket' for these cars are. But whatever parts you use, do your best to soak the adjustment points in some sort of penetrating oil (pb blaster or similar) to aid in the adjustment. These cars are old enough now, that you might have trouble loosening things up and adjusting to where you want it.
