6.0 oil loss?
Hi guys. Ever since I got my car, I noticed that I was losing a little bit of oil every once in a while. Not sure where the loss was coming from, but I was talking to a guy today and according to him a lot of GTOs use oil and GM never solved the problem. Is this true? What do you think?

exactly. i opened the throttle blade and pointed a flashlight inside mine and the entire thing was coated. its coming from the pcv hose connected to the throttle body. i installed a catch can recently and hopefully it makes a diffrence.

2+ between oil changes (assuming one waits 5,000 miles to change the oil) should not be considered normal . I've had 3 LS2s, current is a stock a4 and does not burn a drop. Had a cammed m6 that burnt about a quart between changes and also had a cam/maggie/etc m6 that maybe burned half a quart between changes. Yes i know have had a lot of goats...
