Need a new alternator but I have questions i currently have a Porsche 944 with an LS3 in it. The alternator and bracket were from a 2005 LS2 GTO... Now I need an alternator and the damn 2005 alternators are 300.00 and the alternator from an 04 is substantially less. Can I use the 04 alt or do I really have to buy an 05 alt... Thanks!
