hurst shifter hard to get into 2nd gear? hey guys I'm new to GTO's but I just purchased an 04 gto and it has a hurst short shifter in it (after doing some research I hear people have a lot of problems with B&M and Hurst in the gto t56) but the problem that i'm having is I really have to force it into 2nd gear just driving normally not even high rpm shifts. mods done to the drivetrain are stage 3 monster clutch and flywheel, hurst short shifter, one piece driveshaft and tick master cyl. the pedal is stiff (much stiffer then my trans am with diamond stage 3 clutch and flywheel setup) and all the other gears feel fine but it feels as if the shifter is not going far enough to engage into 2nd gear? is that possible? if anyone has heard about this problem before or if theres a thread I messed please help. thanks guys!
ps the previous owner said that it's the shifter but im hoping its not the tranny... I know that's a possibility of maybe power shifting at the track maybe messed up synchros
