06 gto security light/ won't start. Need help!

06 gto security light/ won't start. Need help! Last night my cousin tried to unlock my car with the key in the door, then the alarm goes crazy. I don't know why. Well I always use my stock car key remote to unlock my car. So once the alarm went off I told him to turn on the car and it would go away as it usually would.
And that's when the problem started. The car wouldn't start. I tried removing battery post, fuses, etc. And Nothing... Finally after 45 mts I randomly tried it and the car turned on and I went straight home.
I tried to use the remote key this morning and it wouldn't work, I turned on the car and it started for maybe 2 seconds the first time I cranked it and it shut off. the key goes in fine and turns fine, just won't crank/ start. Any idea what it may be?!?! Need help ASAP.

Mine does that too from time to time. Sit in the car, close the door and then hit the lock then unlock button on the fob. Put the key in and start her up. It works for me.
