I want to swap over a BCM of another similar car to mine but I'm hearing that it will not be programable to my ECU since BCMs can only be programmed once.

However, I also hear that it is possible if I got the BCM security code of the donor car.

Can anyone that knows for a fact plz shed light on this?

You can use another GTO's BCM But you must have the code to do so to be able to link it.
