Look No Further For A Shift Boot Clip
I just converted my A4 over to a M6 and when I got all the parts the clip was in 7 pieces in a bag. After looking the plastic style over I decided not to buy the same garbage again so I made my own.
It is so easy and fast to remove and get in. I wonder why the factory didnt use a more durable style.
I made it out of 1/16 stainless steel wire. If anyone needs one, I will make it for $18 with shipping & handling included, anywhere in the USA.
I attached the pics of it below.
I am not making any for the model years 93 to 96 until I locate a insert for a camaro and TA. If you need one bad for yours you can ship your insert both ways and I will custom make you one for the same price.

I attached a pic of the boot installed in the starter thread so you can see the finished install.

I don't even have a boot clip....white plastic or wire that looks anything like that. How does it work??? All i've got is the actual leather boot and than has a wire stitched into it. I've alway thought something was missing!!!
