Seeing all the demand for silver gauges, we may have a fighting chance to finally get them done. I've read from previous threads also that so many people would be willing to purchase our 200 MPH speedo if we only had silver gauges. I don't want to promise something and have it fall through, but I have a few ideas that may make this work.

I'm going to have to check up on that. There's 2 different gauge clusters from 97-02 f-bodies. As far as mileage calibrations, that may be more money to do so but it may be possible. You can drive without a speedometer if necessary.

No! I have the silver overlays in my car and they are awesome. Along with the silver Hvacs. I tired my best back in the day to get you guys to do it thru DMS to get silver. And it didnt happen. I will try again this time to get silver and if you do count me in 100%. Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing an answer. Kinda excited

JMBLOWNWS6 and to everyone that wants 200 MPH silver gauge clusters...

Silver gauges never took off when they were originally made. To simply begin production on a product that did not sell in the past is a high risk for the company. We truly value our consumers and fans, so we do not want to simply shut you out.

What I'm willing to do is start a group purchase privately on granatellimotorsports.com. If we can get 50 or more people to commit a purchase, we will be able to supply a 200 MPH SILVER gauge. The set price will be $50 per person, and if you already have your speedometer recalibrated, we can simply send you the gauge and give you directions how to install.

For anyone who is purchasing our 200 MPH speedometer in this group purchase, keep in mind the silver gauges will be sold seperately from the cost of the 200 MPH recalibration. That means if you get your gauge cluster recalibrated and set with a black, white, or blue face, you may also join the GP for the silver gauge clusters for $50 a peice.

This is the last chance to bring back the silver gauges. I'm leaving it up to you guys to hunt down whoever wants one and have them join the future GP. This could be a win-win situation for the both of us, it's just up to you.

We have 155 MPH silver gauges available if anyone wants one over waiting for silver to come out.

If you put a 1998 cluster in your 1999 it'll smoke faster than Willie Nelson at a Snoop Dogg part :true:

I am pretty sure 1999-2000 (maybe all the way to 2002) will be compatable... But I can guarantee you a 1998 gauge cluster in anything but a 1998 car (or a 1998 car with anything but a 1998 gauge cluster) is not a mistake you want to make (don't ask how I know )

Huh? We aren't selling just overlays for gauges. We make 200 MPH gauges and are the ONLY company that does this for f-bodies. The reason why it is more of an expense than an overlay from Ebay is that we have to recalibrate the speedometer to read upto 200 MPH, which takes some time to do. There's no other way of getting a 200 MPH speedometer into an f-body and nobody else that can help you with such a thing.
