Thank you. I am finishing up A/C right now and new owner will be picking up next week.
On a side note (kind of as a fun closing day) I took it on a very spirited drive in the country over the weekend with a good friend and his E39 M5. We put about 100 miles on over a few hours and recorded from various angles, as well as some stationary rev-comparisons, and side-by-side launches/burnouts. It's cool stuff, I'll have to get it edited and upload soon.
