This truck would need to be appraised and have a bonded title. You would either pay an insurance company a fee to put up the bond or you put up the value in escrow for 3 years until it clears with no stolen reports.

I'm looking for this exact truck, however no title is a huge red flag. You cannot simply title a vehicle without a title. Otherwise some shmuck with a stolen car would just go to the dmv with a stolen car and a bs bill of sale.

Accepting reasonable cash offers... I've got my eye on a new motorcycle.

Trade for a 2004 Bourget Fat Daddy with a 131CI fresh R&R show polished billet motor, 6 speed Jim's trans, all with less than 600 miles on it? If interested, have anything else to add with it? Bike's worth 18K all day. In 2012 Bourget replaced the frame with their new design, since the old one rusted from the inside, clogged the oil pump and killed the motor. I turned the old motor into a lamp and R&R built me a new one.
This is the motor:

No title does not scare me, they are not required in NH, either. They do a VIN verification via a police officer to see if it's stolen.

All states have to accept other state's ownership and registration requirements.
When I lived in Chicago, I had to present a NH registration (previous owner) and a bill of sale (mine was notarized) and paid for a title application. They then titled it along with my registration.
In NH, they don't issue or require titles for vehicles over 15 years old. Same for many states.
