Emailed as well. No response. Instead of saying it's not your fault and to blame it on ls1tech, how about you provide a different method like your email address in the post? I would imagine most sponsors would try to find a solution to a known issue that people keep mentioning...
I have since ordered a different option, take customer service into consideration because it applies to all aspects of the ordering process.
