Want to do a gear upgrade to some 4.10s, doesn't need upgraded shafts or anything as this is only a street car, anyone have one they don't want to get rid of?

The 3.42 in my car is in PERFECT shape, 113K, no noise, absolutely silent, recent fluid change. Just looking for some more oomph.
