2000 Camaro SS Convertible - M6 w/ 51k miles
Year: 2000
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Camaro
Price: $8000
Mileage: 51000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): FL
Color: Silver
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
I daily drove it from May 2014 until August 2015 without any major issues, I am only selling due to having a child and I purchased a Fiesta ST. The Camaro is rarely driven now and just sits in my garage. Title is clean and in my hand, ready to sign over to you. I am the 4th owner, purchased the car from a dealer in Tampa. From what I remember of the carfax when I purchased it, the car had been an accident in 2011 with light rear damage, the only thing I can see is some very light scuffing on the rear passenger side quarter panel. The VIN is 2G1FP32G6Y2125752
The combination of headers and the GMMG chambered exhaust system on this car produces a sound very few V8's have and sounds absolutely amazing; it turns heads pretty much everywhere I go. Very loud, muscular, and racecar like sound at WOT, but refined enough for daily driving thanks to the hi-flow cats. One of the best sounding V8's I've ever heard, and all of my friends agree.
Here is a short video of the car in a parking garage to give an idea of the sound:
Modifications:
Texas Speed Performance 1-3/4" stainless steel headers w/ hi-flow cats
GMMG cat-back exhaust
poly motor / trans mounts
skip shift delete
Frost mail-order tune
Hawk short throw shifter
Sony bluetooth stereo and Infinity reference component speakers (currently the right speaker has static issues when going over bumps, wiring is likely loose)
The entire A/C system was replaced in June '15 and works incredibly well, better than my brand new vehicle. The tires are still serviceable, but will need replacing likely within the next year depending on how much you drive. Top works great still, I put it down almost every day I drove. Do not have the tonneau's unfortunately.
Please text 407-443-0732 or PM me. I'm asking $8,000 firm.
