Default My fender & bumper need repaired. help.

Well I scraped the side of my car today. Here are the pic's. Do you guys think I can get the fender and bumper looking back to new? I have a buddy that is the manager at a body shop. He told me $500 for everything. I thought about buying a used black fender and installing it.
Whats the best way to go about this?

thanks for any help
John

Thanks - I just didnt know if it could be fixed to perfection or not. If it can that be great. Or would it be better & cheaper if I just bought a front fender and installed it.
