thanks.
Buy with confidence guys! i sell a lot of high dollar items and have always had perfect feedback, even before there was a rating system! (seller feedback in the fs section fyi) And i have a video of the fluid being drained and it looks fresh and new!! very clear!!
This is a great deal quite honestly on a superb converter!

pm's replied......need a serious looker here for this. if you don't know FTI, you will! This thing had out performed anything i've tried in the past and is the reason i went with them for the turbo build!
new converter is here as mentioned so this one has to go. you wont be disappointed!!
Just to show it's no BS.......here's my new one

i really thought this would be one of my easier sales! ttt for what i promise you is one of the best converters you'll ever enjoy using!!
fyi this should stall about 4400 on nitrous if you're looking to use it with it.

Each car is different this question can't be answered with out knowing more about your set-up.With the proper set up this is a great street converter. Fill a spec sheet on FTI's web site and see what they spec for your car.

agreed there are a lot of variables but for anything other than a full out 700hp+ 454+cube all motor or FI car, this will be very tame on the street! i don't trailer my car, i drive it! i bought the car in tulsa and drove it roughly 625 miles home and later about 750 miles round trip to look at a turbo ls mustang but decided to keep my car. this was in the heat of summer and Never had any issues! i also have a video of the trans fluid being drained if you need to see it. only reason i didn't post it was because i sound ridiculous recorded! lol but i can post it IF I MUST! LOL
Also, pm's replied and sorry for any delay. i'm up early and don't have time to log on in the morning and put in 12 hr days so after work is when you can expect replies.

I'm looking to buy either an FTI or CircleD for my T/A - but stall on this is kinda hi - I will check with FTI on my app to make sure
Just outta curiosity, I see the SRLS series verters don't appear to have an anti-balloon plate? Just about every verter company includes them on their higher end models as a matter of fact (I see your new FTI verter has one)
Not sure I would want to run this under nitrous without one, which would also affect my decision...

not sure what exactly the point of your post was but 3800 is by no means hi. It's a very happy medium between stock and something crazy. This converter is very tight and efficient and i don't see anyone being disappointed with it.

The point of my post is that I'm interested in the verter, but don't know if the stall is correct for my app until I hear back from FTI.
I'm running a stock cube LS1, not a 402 as you are. My current verter is a 3400 - the car is not track driven, only street. I'm happy with the stall I have, but looking to get a fresh converter and don't mind going higher if it behaves well on the street.
I notice you went with a 3600 for your new verter vs this 3800, obviously there were reasons for you to go to a lower stall - I just want to make sure it will perform to my liking 1st...

Just might buy this today. So this is is their SRLS series that is around $700?? This will work in my 65e? If the answers are yes, then I'll pick this up today or tomorrow. If you want, send me a PM with paypal info and I will send you a deposit.
