What year was this removed from? Who did porting? And where is Buda?

Buda is next to Austin . I don't know what year it was removed from . I bought it from a guy on a local board and he said he got it as a trade . It was on my 02 LS1 . It has knife blade edge , No epoxy, the pins in the back have been grinded down, and half shaft mod .
