Default Coated Flowtech LS1 longtube headers and Y-pipe

Hey guys. My brother is selling his longtubes and y-pipe from his 02 Trans am. They are 1 3/4 inch primaries with 3 inch collectors (3 bolt flange). Mates up with the 3 bolt Y-pipe. They are really good headers and fit great. They are coated but as you can see in the pics they do have some rust at the bottom. Most is surface rust but some of the coating has peeled off. The Y-pipe is also coated however it's not perfect. It looks like it was made at a muffler shop maybe but it works great and we didn't noticed any decrease in power. Everything fits great and is in good shape...not perfect as you can see but it's a good set. Oh and it also has emissions fittings. We're asking $300 for both plus shipping but we can negotiate some. Please don't hit me with a $100 shipped for both offer. If you're going to offer please make it reasonable. Y pipe is still hanging from the car but takes no time flat to get it off. We just didn't have a reason to take it off until now. Let me know guys.

These headers are not stepped and none of the Edelbrock headers I've seen for these cars have collectors like these and 3 bolt flanges.

Those flanges were welded on. I don't think any of the headers I've seen for LSx have flanges already on them.

Those are edelbrock's but not stepped.

They are edelbrock. You can order them with and without flanges. Search if you don't believe me

I dot know about the stepped part that's just what a few people called them

They will include the flanges but normally do not install them as this is normally done when you are getting the y pipe flanges welded to it so that they line up correctly. It's better to do slip on + straps IMO lol.

You can tell the stepped headers because you can see segments where the tube size has increased to a larger one.

Slip fits are fine but flanges like these work great too. I've had slip fits that would not seal right were a pain to get on and off. Flanges are much easier to get on and off. Where are you guys finding that these are Edelbrocks I searched but I could not come up with this exact header anywhere.

I already found an image of them. Looks like the vector series edelbrock, exactly.

I went from flanges to straps on my 98 and it was a huge difference. No more hard bolt to remove and no more flanges scratching the road. The straps I had were 2" wide with dual bolts.

I have been doing lots of searching and I'm pretty sure like 99% these are Flowtech headers. If you look at the edelbrock ones the you can tell that they are different and if you can see that in a pic then they are not the same. However if you look at a set of Flowtechs they look exactly the same. So seems these are coated Flowtech headers.
