I have a set of Patriot Stg 2 59cc CNC'd 243s for sale that came off my car. I'm unsure of the exact mileage but I believe they have around 10k mi on them, they were on the car when I bought it.

Specs:

Intake runner: 227cc
Exhaust runner: 70cc
Intake valve: 2.05"
Exhaust valve: 1.57"
Chamber: 59cc

The heads are in great shape, but do not come with valve springs. I have the valves but they are not shown in pics. Heads were in perfect working condition when they were removed from the car. Check my feedback, and buy with confidence! If you have any questions just ask, I have nothing to hide!
