Intake is ported. The openings of the runners @ the head are slightly ported. The inlet to the plenum is opened to approx. 85mm. This means that an alternate sealer is required. I used a combination of the stock gasket & high temp silicone; it does not leak (part of the original gasket channel has been removed in order to open the inlet). MAP sensor gets connected via a vacuum hose (see pic). It's an excellent intake that flows better than a stock LS6 intake. Does not come w/ the used intake to head gaskets.
Intake complete w/ fuel rail, LS2 42# injectors, 85mm TB, $450
Intake w/ 85mm TB, but without fuel rail & 42# injectors, $325
Intake alone, $275
85mm TB alone, $100 (TB has been cleaned)
EDIT: 06-27-14
Price for injectors only, $95 shipped

Pics: I left the high temp silicone on back of TB so you could see how it was sealed to the intake. Also, see straight into intake pic to see stock gasket half & to see how the inlet was opened.
Note that I filled the MAP sensor hole so we could mount the sensor remotely by connecting a vacuum hose from the small nipple seen in the pic to the same size nipple (removed rubber gasket on MAP sensor nipple) on the MAP sensor.
Manifold works perfectly, it's just not a pretty one. Flows better & allows a more stable MAP @ high rpms than a stock LS6 manifold. You can see where I posted the test results of this same manifold through a search in the Gen III external engine section.

Yup, gaurantee everything I sell. That aside, there are no vacuum leaks. It does not leak. This set up was used for years without issue. Am now going to a carb set up. So, time to sell the EFI stuff.
$250 without the TB + shipping. Send me a PM of the zip code & I'll get a shipping quote. Thanks
