I had a Magnaflow setup on my car, then picked up a used Corsa setup. When I installed the Corsa setup, I had a shop modify the Corsa and the Magnaflow mufflers so I could swap them out to compare. I ran both setups for a bit and decided I liked the Corsa mufflers better, so I no longer need these. They would be great for someone who wants to just swap out the mufflers and keep the stock exhaust piping (which is already 2.5" stainless, anyway). They could even be used on the V6 cars - any competent exhaust shop should be able to make them work with some reducers or by expanding the stock piping.

As you can see, they've got flanges for V-band clamps on the inlet pipes, which can obviously be chopped off or you could use them with V-bands, whatever floats yer boat. The tips are generally in good shape. The last few pics show some close-up shots of some scrapes that are on the top of the tips - I did a little bit of work to smooth them out, but didn't figure it was worth my time to try to make them perfect. You could sand them down and polish it out if you wanted, or just don't worry about it - from a few feet away nobody will ever notice. I just point it out in the interest of full disclosure.













On Summit there are 2 different Magnaflow mufflers that match the dimensions and configuration - 14x9x4", offset inlet, center outlet, non-polished finish. I don't know if these are the same as one of those, or if Magnaflow uses different mufflers for their cat-back kits, but either way it gives an idea of the value that one obviously can't get from the price of the whole cat-back kit. The 11226 Magnaflow Performance Muffler is $85 on Summit, and the 13216 Magnaflow XL 3 chamber muffler is $56. And of course you've got the tips on there, which are similar to the Magnaflow 35136 tips that are $36 each.

I may be interested. Do you have a sound clip with just headers and these? In the second picture down are those holes? So these will mostly bolt right on up?

 

The only sound clips I have are with the whole cat-back, including the X-pipe, so it would sound a bit different than the stock pipes. No holes. The hangers are there for the stock locations, so they'll sit in the right spots, and presumably the stock exhaust pipes would line up close enough that minimal fab work would be needed.
