Does this have a title, is there some reason you are selling it for "off road use only"?

Shows to have 4 accidents when the vin is ran. That's not a death warrant but I suspect it may have something to do with the price and off road use only stipulation. Either way 12k is cheap for a car with low mileage unless it's totally beat.
