I assume you are talking about the base c7 wheels? I don't think the c6 or c5 ever came with that combo from the factory. anyways, I cant speak to the fitment, but will say that I would never put a 20" wheel on a 4th gen. there is a term rubber band tire and that is basically what you would have on a 20" rim to fit properly on a 4th gen. ride quality would suck as well given the small profile of that tire. there are a couple guys on here running the OEM c6 18/19 combo which is a much better setup although personally I wouldn't put anything bigger than a 18" wheel on a 4th gen.
Depends on what model Corvette and wheel, but no I don't think stock 20" vette wheels bolt up.
Like I was saying for example I have CCW wheels made for the rear of a C6 Z06. They are 20x11.5" with a 60mm offset aka 8.65 backspace. Fronts are 19"s
And they say 20"s don't look good on an F-body! Usually not, but the right ones are perfect.
