Thumbs down Im Sick Of This **** (theft)

I walked to my car this morning got in and went to school. When I got there I parked and got out and walked towards the school and looked back press the lock button on my keyless remote and found my tail light blackouts missing AGAIN. Some mother f*cker with NO LIFE deliberately ripped me off. It happened either while my car was parked at work yesterday or while it was parked out front of my house LAST NIGHT. I already replaced them about a month ago when they were destroyed in a car wash, cost me $50. I DONT HAVE anymore money to throw away on thievery and punks who I would otherwise like to gut like a fish and leave their entrails strewn about in my front yard. I am beyond furious at the actions of these people who take advantage of others good will and hard work.

Don't touch my **** again or I will hunt you down and curb stomp you like the sack of **** you are.

Thats what happens when you put rice add-ons to your car. Sorry to hear someone did that to you, but what do you expect with something that comes off so easy? Its not worth it. The only time these lights would be OK is if they were a GM add-on which had necessary locking mechanism to protect against theft. Velcro something to your car sooner or later you're going to lose it.

Dang man that sucks! I haven't had anybody steal mine yet....nock on wood. If you get another set you might try drill a little hole where the the top of the blackout goes over the blackout and put a screw in them. This might prevent it from happening again! Or you could get you some of that VHT night shade stuff and try it out! Just some ideas for you man!

Thanks for the ideas but unfortunately the blackouts have warped both lights slightly.

As for the ricer comment, why the hell are you even posting in the Appearance and Detailing section as this forum is dedicated to aftermarket add ons and appearance upgrades for those that apretiate what others do to the looks of their car.

I agree with Ell Ess as to the ricer comment, Im not jumping on anyone at all, please note that, but what difference does it make if GM has it as an option or if we go buy them at an aftermarket store, that doesnt make sense.... its like saying, if GM ok's it, then it isnt rice and blah blah blah....
I am a fan of them, but still dont have them yet. Not sure if I Will right now or not.... but when I do....the last thing I want to hear is someone say it looks rice.....but then again, everyone is sentitled to there opinions..

Needless to say I'm done with the car. It's fast, I had it just about looking the way I wanted to, I'm not spending another dime unless it's towards a new car all together.

Hey man,
I'm in the Dallas area also, and was wondering how tough it was to put your halo's in? My daughter's car ('98 Z28) has really yellow lights that need replacing anyway, so I was thinking about the halo's.

Sorry to hear about the theft. If it were me though, I wouldn't have posted such a nasty threat in a public forum.

Sorry to hear about the theft, but this is really highly inappropriate. . . .
