Does this have gasket?
Does it have any of the sensors? if not can i use my stock ones off my TB?

 

you can use your stock sensors. Gaskets come with the intake

 

What happened to the DS and who repaired it?

 

I bought it this way already repaired. Honestly looks like a home epoxy job on the DS.
