FS: 2001 SOM Camaro SS M6
Car sits in St. Louis, Missouri with 29,xxx miles, body is in immaculate shape except your typical front clip scrapes from rocks on highway and such. Interior is great as well. Options are M6, T-Tops, Leather, Cruise, ASR, Power everything--pretty much everything. Has SLP 2OTL exhaust and some other mods that I put on in the last few thousand miles but the car is going back to stock pretty much unless someone wants to pay a small premium for the mods which I doubt. I can honestly say that I have never street raced the car and never had it to the track. That isn't to say that I don't get my foot in it every now and again, but I surely havent beat on it. Anyone on www.fastlouis.com can attest to the fact that I drive like a grandma. It has black chrome ZR1 wheels (17x9.5) and Pirelli Pzero Nero tires with tons of tread left. Very clean car, and I treat it accordingly. I haven't been driving it really, and I need a new DD and dont want two car payments and something that will do better in the snow. Plus, I still live at home and am about through with it. More pics available upon request. . . Price is $17500 obo.
Car prolly makes about 365rwhp as it sits. I dont know if that is added incentive to anyone. Has a small cam and boltons plus suspension mods that I would leave on the car. TTT
Some interior and engine pics

Seems like nobody owns that car for long.
I would have bought it last time it was up for sale had it been an A4.
Nice car. Still looks as good as the last time I went for a ride in it.

Thanks for the good words. Ya, I wish I could hold onto the car because I'm absolutely in love with it, but it just makes more financial sense to sell both cars and get a newer DD. Plus, considering the cars past, I wouldn't feel right subjecting it to the elements in the winter. I got caught in the rain once or twice, but mainly the car has been garaged as of late. I sure as hell don't want the thing to see snow and salt.

The original owner was an older gentleman out of Iowa who drove it pretty sparingly. Next was Pimpium57 on here who can vouch for the cleanliness of the car. Next RPM ZNOevil which was who I purchased it from. The majority of the miles were put on by the first owner who also owned it for the longest (I believe about 3.5 years). Pimpium57 drove it sparingly and decided he wanted to build a drag car so he wanted an A4, RPM ZNOevil was getting married and getting a Land Rover, and now I'm stuck with a bum DD and an beautiful SS that I don't want to expose to the elements, plus I would like to purchase a house soon, so the lower the car payment the better. ^^I purchased this car after only seeing two dark/muggy pictures from the owner in Iowa. When my girlfriend and I arrived at his house and he opened the garage door, our mouths dropped....the car looked as if it were driven off the showroom floor and into his garage and remained there unmolested (roughly 18k mi on the clock). It was driven only 2,000mi in my ~1yr. of ownership before it turned hands to RPMZNOevil.
Wow I wasn't expecting this. This is now a former owners thread instead of a for sale one
Yeah I was the 3rd owner and it was my 2nd SOM SS. I like the car alot but it wasn't fitting in with my life when I bought this one. Married?!?!? Oh God not yet but soon. Married was #3 on my list. #1 was the Land Rover #2 was buy a house #3 was getting married. #1 and #2 are done so yeah #3 is next. Good luck with the sale.

At least the history of the car isnt in question lol. I actually may have found a way to swing keeping it, but I guess I could still gauge interest. Doesnt seem like there is much interest anyways, surprisingly so.
PS: Peter, that guy ever take the Delorean off your hands? That thing was ridiculously cool

Yes he did and that is how my home came about. I got $30k for it so I was happy but I do miss it. Maybe once I am married and we have joint incomes I will buy it back but then I would be paying double for it than I did when I first bought it. Ryan "RPM WS6" can certainly tell you that you never know what I am going to do with cars.

Just when you think this guy has a plan figured out for his cars, he'll change it 10 more times in 2 days.

That's why I e-mailed him a link to the thread. Thought he might want the car back, becasue you just never know.
