Better pics of the bottle bracket???

Whats the measuerments of the bottom area that mounts to the floor? Can't seem to find that online.

Looks like there is two metal strips missing or did they just use those to hold them together for the picture?

 

Deal pending, but each are a foot in length. You can set your own distance between the two.
