Default FS: AKM usb interface cable. :D

i got this thing and had planned on using my lappie to load the tunes, but im going to go with a dyno tune instead. this thing has never bene used once. i got it for my 95 z28 but im pretty sure itll work for 95+ f-bodys, 94+ Ys and 96+ gm vehicles. its a "newer style" OBDII 16pin connector. i even still have the instructions to the installation disk. with this cable you can have madz28.com or pcmforless.com send you tunes specifically for your mods and load them with your laptop. not only is it a lot cheaper than sending your pcm in, but you wont have any down time at all because you dont have to wait for the tuned pcm to come in. read the FAQ section on their one of the tuners website and itll explain in more detail. i paid $90 bucks for this thing so lets say $75obo shipped to your door. like i said, its never been used. i think i only plugged it into my car to see if it was the right one. my loss is your gain and someone please buy this, i got a speeding ticket not too long ago that should be at my mailbox any day now. this is the link for the site i got it from. i believe andrew (i think thats his name) is on this forum. real nice guy.

:sniff: one of my babies for sale :sniff:

Yah, I'm here. It works on OBD1 PCM LT1 cars (if a 96 has an OBD1 PCM in it, it'll work in it, but not with the stock OBDII PCMs).

I have an OBD2 car but when I did the LT4 conversion I had PCMforless send me a PCM back with the OBD1 PCM conversion, will that cable still work with the connector under the dash?

theres been a lot of confusion about which cars this cable will, and will not, work on (mostly on my part). so, i sent andrew a pm and he told me that itll work on these cars. i hope this helps guys.

It will work with:

95 F-bodies
94-95 Corvettes
96-97 F-bodies if they have a retrofit OBD1 PCM in them
96 Corvettes if they havea retrofit OBD1 PCM in them

also, sorry to everyone that i cant take paypal. i know its a pain in the ***.
