The same. The Z grip is more of the f-body clutch and the X is more for the vettes. Z grip can be ran a lot harder at the track.

how much hp is it good for?

 

I believe somewhere around 800 lbs of TQ. A clutch is measured by tq not hp.

 

and ironically, hp is also measured by tq.
