I closed the egr and air by cutting the tubes flush with the header pipe and having PAF(tyson a local welder) tig pieces of stainless steel over them, I have ran them for about 2 years now with not a problem, the only reason I am selling these is because I have stepped up to a kooks 2" header with a 3-1/2 collector

Just dont want to put these on now if its too much for it? does this make sense? Any help would be aprreciated. Thanks, Ryan

hahaha, even though they were on a street car it doesnt get driven daily but as you can see in the pics they are in great shape, I would estimate the mileage at around 5000 miles maybe

I dont think an 1-7/8 headers will hurt your performance, there have been stock internal guys that have had 1-7/8th headers.
