My question is what programs do you all use to make a custom sig with pictures or your cars in there?

Any image-editing program that can save JPGs, such as:

Adobe Photoshop
Jasc Paint Shop Pro (purchased by Corel in October 2004 )
Microsoft Paint
various MS image-editing programs that come with Office
GIMP
Serif PhotoPlus (review)
and many more
