i've shrunk this pic twice now and as far as I can tell it's the right height, in fact I see a bunch of pics that show up much larger than mine, not to mention mine is linked off another site. so i've been warned twice and it is under the height and width requirement

Still the wrong height. I'm showing at as 364 X 160. Sig size can be no bigger than 500 X 150. Shrink it down to 364 X 150 and you'll be cool.

Yep, you are at 284 x 128. Should be just fine.
