My little 305 build. Hp? I recently just finished my 305 build.
(Bottom end)
.40 over bore
Block has been decked
Arp main bolts
Eagle I beam rods
Speed pro flat top pistons
Comp double roller timing chain
Comp 280h cam.
Milling oil pump
(Heads)
305 high out put heads
3 angle valve job
Comp full roller rocks 1.52 ratio with guide plates
Arp head bolts
Comp valve springs
(Intake)
Performer rpm air gap
Full msd ignition
This is my little 305, yeah it's not a 350 but I like to build motors to see what they will do. Any one know about how much hp I'm looking at? Let alone this is goin in a s10

The 280 is a good cam for that 305. I was jacking around one day with some old parts a slid a comp 260 in a 283 with a 600 vac secondary. It wound up like a buzz saw and ran pretty decent for what it was.
