what is the biggest u can fit on 15x10 rim what is the biggest u can fit on this rim is it a 11.5 wide or more

I'd think you can go 12 inch without a problem, but keep in mind the matching of a rim and tire size means the best contact patch. This is why you'll find most small tire class cars run a 9 or 10 inch rim to maximize the contact patch.
