Default which vortec sbc intake manifold gasket?

I have a vortec gmpp crate motor that had an oil leak on the back of the intake manifold. I bought the fel pro 1255 gasket however when took it off it had a newer style gm gasket. after researching online I have gotten mixed reviews as to which style is better so thought i would ask and see if you guy have experiance with this?

18ft lbs max! use the right stuff silicone instead of the rubber end seals and a very small amount around the coolant ports, i've used all available vortec gaskets, for fuel injected R-code engines the updated felpro works good, for carb'd applications i like professional products gaskets, if your intake was ever overtorqued its possible its warped fwiw
