basically what happened to me, I got a speeding ticket a year ago coming back from Bristol. I paid it. never heard anything else about it. I got pulled over two weeks ago for a tail light out. and was told gee I hope you have someone to come get your car cause you don't have a drivers liscense. I can't find proof that I paid the ticket from last october (must have thrown it away when we moved into the house.) so I got to pay $200. again. I'm waiting on the clearance letter to get my liscense back.
