Turn-Key performance shop available! Looking for either a partner/investor or I am willing to sell entire shop. We want to bring the shop to the next level (do more on a National level and bring products we have developed to market or will sell to semi retire & be able to devote more time to our race team).
All equipment is paid for, no debt. Company will require a cash infusion to expand.
Sits on 2.25 acres of prime commercial property and is currently in 12,000 sq ft of app. 36,000 sq ft building that appraises at over $2 million (I have option to purchase for $1.3 and bldg can be built out to either retail or enclosed climate controlled storage).
