Harlan Shift light question
so i got mine installed last night thanks to installuniversity.com and i couldnt get it to set to any rpm except 6200. at least thats what i thought from the flash backs that i was getting....
now i went to go test it out and rev it up, it goes off at 5k, so i hit it again and it goes off at 6k....
im stumped. it obviously works but im wondering if my stock tach gauge is off...any feedback on this?

the stock tach is slow, but it shouldn't be 1000rpms behind. I would double check all connections and try to reset the rpm to whatever rpm you want to shift at.
maybe there is a problem inside the shiftlite?
