Question on speaker wiring for Pioneer Head unit
My car has the Monsoon system and just replaced all 6 speakers (2 front components, 2 sail panel subs & 2 hatch coaxials) with the F-Body package from Kee Audio and it sounds awesome. I bought a Pioneer DEH-P500UB head unit to replace the stock head unit.
After reviewing the wiring diagram I am confused and wondering how all 6 speakers get a signal, since the wiring harness only has wires for 2 front and 2 rear speakers. Do I have to delete either the subs or the hatch speakers; or am I missing something. I really don't to remove anything.
Additionally, there are 4 connections on the door speakers (+/- mids, +/- tweeters) but the pioneer harness only has one +/- for each side?
Lastly, I also bought the PAC SWI-PS unit. What wires do I need to wire into the stock harness?
Thanks.

I should also mention I am using a Scosche BBGM02AB years 1988+ GM factory harness adapter (it has 14 wires and 7 empty pin holes) and that too only has wires for 2 +/- front and 2 +/- rear speakers.

No change is necessary. You have the correct harness adapter and it will power all the speakers. The four channels from the head unit go to the eight channel Monsoon amp which powers all of the speakers. (Eight, not six... woofers and tweeters in the doors, subs in the sail panels, and full-range in the hatch area.)
