Default Keep blowing the power accessory fuse?? wtf??

Went to the track, hit the 2 step, back fired like a son of a bitch, spun like hell off the line and when I hit second my WB went into reset mode.

Got to 4th gear and looked at the speedo, 0 MPH, tach was stuck at 6800. I keep blowing the power accessory fuse. Any idea what could cause this? Anyone have a schematic of the power accessory system??

Speedo, tach, odometer, radio, dont work

I'd start by looking into the wiring and set-up of your WB. It sounds like its on the same circuit as your speedo, tach, odometer & radio.

Disconnect the WB completly, do a WOT run and see what happens.

WB is on a different circuit and has been since pulled from the car. Everything is operating fine except the stuff that hooks to that fuse, so it is not causing issues with other components.

What I did to get the speedo back and radio was cut their wires and run a new wire from that same fuse (but cut the wire at the fuse panel). Somewhere that orange wire is grounding to the chassis so I figured just run new wires instead of wasting any more time, so I can actually see how fast I am going.

Hhmmm...I wonder why your WB reset with it being on a different circuit.

Does your WB reset now?

Maybe when it hit the short it did that? Maybe it was totally unrelated? I just know it works fine. May have loosened the connection for a second, I was spinning hard.

I have everything rewired and working except the theft deterrent relay, which I am about to try and find lol
