Lost my turn signals and auto headlights

Lost my turn signals and auto headlights I was messing around removing stuff under the dash which wasn't needed and apparently cut something that was needed.
My signals do nothing when I turn the lever, no lights on the dash, no nothing.
Also, my headlights don't turn on automatically anymore. they do still work though.
Could these two things be related? Anybody know what I could have cut?
