Wire Cleanup???

Wire Cleanup??? I don't like the look of the wires in the engine bay as don't a lot people. I have seen how you can hide the wires but that requires modifying the body with tools i don't have access too as I am only 15 and don't have the right tools on hand. My question is can you get nice stainless or chrome covers for the wires that make it look really good?

the tools needed are a drill and a hole saw for about what you would spend on wire loom you could but the whole saw and use a budys drill and be done.
