Question What Subwoofer values to look at when going IB or Free-Air ??????

I am trying to find an effective solution for the sail sub replacements. I don't like bazooka or kickers and the elemental designs don't seem like a great solution IMHO with the stock amp. From what was explained to me a woofer with a high QTS value (and other Q values the better) for IB or free-air play as would be the case in the sails. I believe that the ED is .29 qts while the ones I list below are much higher. Also Woofer #2 requires power about what the stock amp will put to it which I think will maximize what it can do.

I would be set on buying woofer #2 because of the low amt of power needed and the good Q specs but the lower spl rating of 88 vs. 94 for woofer #1 is what is stopping me. Would woofer #2 play just as loud as woofer #1 considering that Woofer #2 require much less power or is woofer #1 going to play louder with the same amt of power from the monsoon amp?

(WOOFER #1)
*Power handling: 100 watts RMS/200 watts max *VCdia: 1" *Impedance: 4 ohms *Frequency response: 65-3,600 Hz *Fs: 67 Hz *SPL: 94 dB 1W/1m *Vas: 0.02 cu. ft. *Qms: 3.72 *Qes: .93 *Qts: .74

(WOOFER #2)
*Power handling: 40 watts RMS/75 watts max *VCdia: 1-3/16" *Le: 0.34 mH *Impedance: 4 ohms (8 ohms per coil) *Re: 3.69 ohms (7.4 ohms per coil)*Frequency range: 58-2.500 Hz *Fs: 58 Hz *SPL: 88 dB 1W/1m *Vas: 0.7 cu. ft. *Qms: 4.381 *Qes: 1.02 *Qts: 0.83 (Specs are for coils wired in parallel)
