I'm not sure how to go about installing components in the rear passenger location, has anyone done it, or have pictures, instructional on how they did it?

Haven't done it, but you would have to cut a hole in the panel to custom mount the tweeter and mount the xover behind the panel (there is already a small amplifier there for the existing midbass woofers). IMO, you should leave that location designated for a midbass, and replace the door and cargo speakers with components. It would be much less of a hassle.
EDIT: Apologies - the existing amplifier is not located behind the sail panel, but rather in the spare tire compartment, so finding a place to mount xovers would not be too much of a hassle.
