Default PS Window power issue

When the door is fully open I am able to make the passenger side window go up or down without any problems at all. Once I start to close the door to about 1/2 way closed I lose all power to the windows and cant do anything. If I open the door back up I have full power to the windows again and everything is fine?
WTH is going on with my windows?

Well after about an hour of trouble shooting I found out that my wires in the housing that connect to the window switch were moving just enough to make a electrical short. I hard wired them up to the switch its self and boom everything works perfect.
So for those that know there motor works and know they are getting power to there wires may want to check out that housing because its a terrible design.
