Default Installing aftermarket CDT 6.5 speakers in sail?

Right now, i have an aftermarket Alpine Headunit with mb quartz components up front with tweeters. The sail panel speakers are blown so i used the HU's option of Internal circuit to shut off the sail panel speakers. Is the wiring straight forward? Also im not sure where the amp is or if its still powering the sail panel speakers when i put the internal circuit back on? Anything special i need to know?

Thanks!

The amp (assuming its the stock monsoon) is in the passenger side hatch panel in the rear of the car. Wiring is pretty straight forward, not sure about your internal circuit function though..... The stickies have lots of good info about the monsoon amp functions and wiring. Are you installing the cdt M6's ?
